To schedule an appointment at Birchwood Wellness, LLC you may call us at 515-289-1515.  Our staff will assist you in scheduling and tell you what to expect at your first appointment.  Please bring your current medications, your insurance card, and completed new patient paperwork to your first appointment.

*We are currently accepting ADHD and Autism testing referrals for children ages 8-16.
