Colleen McMahon is now accepting new clients, including children and adolescents (ages 8 and up), and adults. Dr. McMahon was a tenured associate professor of psychology and school psychology trainer for many years in Ohio and California. She earned her Ed.S. and doctoral degrees from The University of Iowa in 1989.  She currently provides psychological testing for ADHD and learning disorders, and social emotional functioning.  Dr. McMahon specializes in cognitive behavior therapy and behavior therapy for children, teens, and adults. Dr. McMahon offers consultation for families regarding children’s learning and behavioral performance in school. Dr. McMahon supports adult and child clients with easy to implement intervention recommendations that can reduce stress and improve well-being.
